Hello, I would like to ask a question to Dr Ron Thompkins please: You mention the interesting finding of preload failure in people with ME / CFS. Have there been (to your knowledge) any experiences at the Harvard affiliated hospitals with using Ivabradine to treat this in ME / CFS patients? Here in the UK I am aware of Ivabradine (a heart failure drug) being prescribed off-label on occasion to ME / CFS patients to treat orthostatic and exercise intolerance. Thank you very much.
